Frequently asked questions
Is the working-time register mandatory?
Yes. Since RD-ley 8/2019, every company in Spain must record the exact start and end of each worker's day, keep it for 4 years and have it available for the labor inspectorate.
Can I edit or delete a punch?
No — and that protects you: the register must be tamper-proof. You can correct via an additional audited record (who, when, why) that always preserves the original.
How does geolocation work?
It's optional per company. Location is captured only at the exact instant of punching, with the worker informed beforehand. Never continuous tracking, and no biometrics, following AEPD criteria.
What if I exceed my plan's employee limit?
Nothing is deleted or blocked: your team keeps punching normally. You just can't onboard more employees until you upgrade.
